"Fabulous experience"

I went to A&E and was welcomed with a friendly face. I waited for a short period and then called into Triage-and again welcomed with a friendly face. I was called almost immediately to see a doctor who asked questions, listened and gave feedback and kept popping back with updates. After seeing 4 doctors which all of them were kind and considerate kept me updated on procedures and what was happening. My problem was dealt with quickly which really helped me. This has to be one of the best hospital experiences I have received. Many thanks to all the staff who kept a smile on their face (even when I could see how busy you were) and showed me such kindness during my visit. I can’t thank you all enough. You do a wonderful job and it’s much appreciated.
