About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

I went to the minor injuries unit at the Royal Infirmary in Glasgow because I had what turned out to be a very minor injury.

My experience from start to finish was really good. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, the nurse that I saw was great and explained everything well.

I was seen quickly and was dealt with quickly, overall it was excellent!
