"Never back again"

About: Birmingham Children's Hospital

I spend 6 hours on A&E whit my 2 daughters. In this time was change doctors nobody don't inform me who is actually my daughter doctor. The first doctor take blood for test my daughter was soo scary she don't like needles he don't have any experience whit kids like this he don't say nothing to calm her down he was kneeling on the floor take her hand and start take blood she was scriming, becouse of this he not take enough blood and after 3 hours nurse take another sample. For this 6 hours nobody offered me or my older daughter any drink. The just put my ill daughter on bed and don't give any information.

We have since improved our monitoring of feedback and we now ensure all feedback is shared with the Emergency Department senior leads to make them aware of all comments received.
