so surprised at the negativity of so many comments. I visit regularly for asthma treatments and the staff are all always wonderful, though they seem to change from year to year. The emdical staff have to balance lots of needs, and I think they do a good job. i work full time and I am very grateful for the late appointments. I just wish there was a saturday service as well, but I understand the budget is limited
