I collapsed whilst on a walk and as I fell cut my neck on some metal railings. An NHS nurse said I should go to A&E.
The receptionist at A&E was very kind and helpful. After a 20 minute wait I was seen by a doctor, an ENT specialist then came to inspect and stitch the neck wound. In the meantime other tests were made to find out why I had fainted.
The quality of treatment and kindness of staff was outstanding and I am very grateful to everyone who dealt with me
