My sister has been a patient in Herm ward for
the last six months whilst being assessed.
During that time her moods and attitude has
sometimes been taxing, However as a family
We feel she has been dealt with care and
Kindness. Staff have tried very hard to engage
with her to ensure the correct assessment of
her needs were met and now she is ready to move
on. Our gratitude and thanks go to all staff on
Herm Ward for keeping us up to date with her
progress and the care procedure route she was
entitled to have.
