If (Tony visited Practice 17.11.17) the patient is so obviously upset about his experience whilst being treated at Priory and he feels did not come up to his expectations it may be prudent for the patient to write a complaint to the Practice, identifying himself, and giving us the chance to investigate and respond fully.

However, we must say we are surprised by these comments as our nursing staff and indeed reception staff are highly trained and have all been in post for quite some time now.

However, it would be nice if we could meet with the patient and discuss this matter fully, or at least have the chance to respond in some positive way if given all the facts surrounding the concerns. Please write or contact the Practice Manager.
