"Robin House changed our lives forever."

(as a parent/guardian),

We went to Robin House for nearly 3 years with my daughter who had complex health needs and multiple disabilities. Initially I was reluctant to go as I couldn't see past the word hospice. But it changed our lives forever.

The staff supported our family through the worst times imaginable and helped build memories with our girl that will help our family through the hardest of times. The sight of Robin House still fills me with a safe feeling, like a weight has been lifted and everything will be OK. Can't ever thank the staff enough x

Thank you for your lovely feedback regarding Robin House. You are not alone in your reluctance to come and stay when you first hear about us. This is something that many families struggle with.

I am so pleased that you were able to see past the word "hospice" and make what sounds like a very difficult decision for you, which then enabled the team to support your family in the way you needed, making you all feel safe. I hope you are able to treasure the memories you made of your daughter.
