"Ridiculous"

I have recently had hand surgery after waiting Over 12 months from referral. After firstly sending me to wrong referral unit having 2appiomtments cancelled from the hospital for wrong information supplied by gp.

When returned from procedure contacted gp to make appt for dressing review and to ask question if need to see a dr for a sick note to be advised no can be dealt with by reception team

Visit to dressing review to be told to ask reception team to issue sick note on requesting advised the receptionist of details of issues sick note from hospital and need a continuation as per op notes told to contact on Monday to arrange time to collect.

On doing this advise that the dr was not aware of the 1st sick note need to know who issued ?bthe op notes has not been added to my notes 2 working days later

No one contacted me and no one followed up till I called this morning to be advised would need to wait a further 2days or call in to walk in clinic (sigh)

Then to top off today I went to collect my repeat prescription that was ordered 8th January. Not received from gps so have to wait again now my inhaler ran out last night so I will be without thill they decide to issue
