"Pleasantly surprised"

About: King George Hospital / Accident and emergency

Before I start telling you how amazing this hospital is, I should mention that this was my very first experience in a hospital and that I was terrified of the idea of going through a surgery in the first place.

In December 2017 I came to the A&E after being consulted by my local GP, feeling intense pain and even though the wait was long (aprox 3 hours) everyone there looked after me.

The following morning I was scheduled for surgery and I honestly have to thank everyone involved because they really made me feel safe with the whole procedure.

It's been month since that happened and I feel better than ever now. The incision made was done carefully and I'm happy to notice it's been healing so well I don't think it will leave a scar.
