After moving to the area from a women's refuge for domestic violence I had to register with a new surgery. I picked this one as it was within walking distance. I suffer from post traumatic stress as well as other health issues which they were made aware of but still bullied and spoke down to me.
I raised this issue and was told "find another surgery" needless to say I put in a complaint to the practice manager and have just handed my registration documents in to a new surgery (which isn't within walking distance but if I get treat with dignity and compassion I'm happy to travel)
You should be ashamed of yourselves and ask why you do the job you do??
Stay away from this surgery!!!
