Very impressed with the curtesy & open introduction of all the staff whilst putting one at ease .

The I.D checks & reasons for visit was conducted very professional and competent by all.

Then the full explanation of the procedure was explained to a high understandable dialogue.

The procedure was executed in a very professional manner whilst keeping the patient at ease.

Then a full explanation was clearly given as regards to aftercare issues that may arise.

I would like to thank all at this Unit for their care & attention to patients/welfare

I whish them all well in the move to Castle Hill
