"Horrific standards"

Absolutely awful I took a friends daughter and the staff were unhelpful and rude , appointment at 9 was not seen till 10.10. Could not provide any support whatsoever heaven help anyone with a young girl in this situation . Did not even ask if I was any relation just took her upstairs to speak to her she came down almost an hour later inconsolable and terrified as the lady had told her she was being reported to social services as under 18 . Shes 16 .Took 3 hours to calm her down she was sent away with a leaflet explaining to come back on Tuesday. Would have been better to see her own gp only reason she went there was because she was embarrassed to go to the gp
