"Care and empathy"

About: Wallingford Community Hospital / First Aid Unit

(as the patient),

Dear all concerned in the Burns unit,

I would like to express my utmost thanks for the care and excellent service I have received from the above unit.  During my visits over 1.5 weeks I met several, nurses, doctors, consultants and plastic surgeons.  The clear and concise consultations I received, to the immediate action when my burn became infected was absolutely excellent. All the staff showed excellent care and empathy towards my situation and I am pleased to say that due to their quick and professional action I have now been discharged.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback relating to your visits to the First Aid Unit at Wallingford Community Hospital.

It is lovely to read how you found the care and service received was excellent and the staff you came across at the Unit were empathetic and caring.
