I had day knee surgery and from start to finish I was treated so well by every member of staff I encountered from surgeon through doctors, nurses and anaesthetists. All nurses from care assistants to sister were knowledgeable, caring and very professional. I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive about going to Whipps but the care I received was really exceptional. Thank you.
