About: Newham General Hospital / Maternity care

I'm really disappointed in maternity department, you should change whole of your staff. They are really unskilled, untrained and they don't care what happening around them.

I have been there with my wife, because one of your staff gave us this appointment, but they put other, nonsens appointment on our sheet, , but no one where there, except your unskilled, useless staff. Please can you sort out this problem, and gave us serious examination, when we going back?
