"Not feeling very hopeful"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

My GP made an urgent referral to the fracture clinic on12/01/18. Decided to call the department today 19/01/18 to chase it. The person I spoke to was very kind. However it was clear that nothing had been done about the referral. I have a leg brace, on crutches and no weight bearing.

I was asked if I could bring a copy of x ray to the department, before they can offer me an appointment. I have been waiting for an appointment letter every day, no wonder I never got it.

God knows if I will ever get it.
