What could be improved
I visited for a blood test and had a wait of 1.5 hours! It was busy, but there was often a wait of 10 mins or more between each person called in. The nurse was great and very quick when I saw them, but the waiting time was absolutely unacceptable.
"Unacceptably long waiting time."
