"Nothing but absolute praise"

I want to let you know that my husband as admitted via A and E on Wednesday evening (10/1) I arrived, with him in a very poorly condition which was recognised and he was therefore triaged directly into resus where he spent the next day, followed by 3 days in EAU3. At all times the staff at all levels were  caring, personable, dedicated, hard working, professional, teams and individuals.

All of these staff were working under extreme pressure in busy departments, full to capacity.

At no time did we hear any negative comments, what we saw was people under pressure doing what they do best, carrying on relentlessly, (mostly without breaks) always attentive with a ready Smile.

We both wish to express how grateful we are and would like to pass on our thanks to all concerned I cannot pick out a few, they know who they are. Hats off to you guys !!

I work for the trust in a non clinical role I work hard, but cannot come close to being in their league.
