I was referred to Thornbury Hospital from the NHS. The whole process, from the intial appointment to the surgery, was quick and smooth. On the day of my surgery, the staff were friendly and caring, putting any nerves at ease. After surgery, the staff were again lovely and looked after me well. The room was relaxing and comfortable. Thank you very much to the staff at Thornbury!
