"Appointments."

Try to make appointments, cant get through and by the time you do all appointments for the day are taken. Why cant I just make an appointment for the following day now ? Told today again that all appointments are taken so I have to phone back Monday morning at 8am, hopefully I will get through this time. You might as well appoint ticketmaster to run your bookings because thats what its like, every person for themselves. Pre-book appointments only available 1 week in advance, terrible.

So annoyed that I was "forced" to move surgery when I moved house, in my last one I was able to get an appointment at any time. Useless NHS, my sympathy for it is diminishing on a daily basis when you cant even do the simplest things.
