"Being fobbed off by receptionist"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital / Respiratory medicine

Attended the CPAP department on Monday 15th to ask for a new CPAP machine mask, was quickly giving some story about no machine masks in the department so they took my details and said they will post me one as they were getting a delivery on Tuesday and it will be with me by Wednesday End of the week and still nothing through the post, have been calling since Wednesday PM and no answer to my calls, the number I got is from a voice mail message by the receptionist who is on leave till the 29th Jan. Sleep at the moment is appalling, I'm getting ratty with the wife due to no sleep, my work is suffering, all because they cant arrange for my mask to be delivered , just feel like I have been fobbed of by receptionist on duty at the time.

We're really sorry to hear you have had difficulties in getting a CPAP mask.

We phoned the Sleep Clinic to check you had received a mask and we were told a mask was sent to you on 16 January 2018.

Hopefully you have received this.
