Thank you so much for your professionalism & kindness. Especially the Consultant who was very understanding, thorough, explained my results fully & offered further relevant care. I came in feeling very low & scared following a suicide attempt but was met by calming, non judgemental, wonderfully kind staff who really knew their stuff & left relieved. Waiting time was 3hours which I was happy about as the expected time was 4.even though the staff never stopped for a moment they were friendly&caring & put me at ease making me glad I had gone in. This would give me the confidence to go back to this a&e if I were in the same situation again. I can't thank you enough for your help
