I have been with this surgery for over 40 years and believe it to be one of the best around.
My doctor is emphatic, calm and understanding and has supported and advised me throughout some difficult phases of my life.
The receptionists try their utmost to book prompt appointments and will offer alternatives where possible.
They are truly lovely and professional and again, have been god sends to me.
The nurses are simply fab.
The only thing I will add is that you cannot always get to see a GP of your choice on the day and sometimes need to see a locum; they obviously do not know your history well but all in all the majority of the locums are great.
