What could be improved
I was kept waiting for so long that I had to leave after one and a half hours without being seen. No explanation for the delay was offered. After waiting for an hour a person announced that the waiting time was 50 mins! When I told them I'd already been waiting an hour, they said I'd be seen within the next 10 mins. Half an hour later and I was still waiting. Delays like this should be posted on the noticeboard when patients arrive. If I'd known I'd have to wait for so long (again! - my first appointment here was the same!) I would have cancelled and gone to QMC. I had to cancel appointments to attend this clinic on time - and for me, time is money. Whilst I appreciate Consultant's value their time above their patients' time, it's incredibly disrespectful to run a clinic in this way.
