"Outstanding"

I attend regularly for pain relief injections and would like to thank the Consultant and her team for the outstanding service they provide.

The administration staff, the staff on B4/Day Case Unit and the theatre staff are all so professional and friendly, ready to help with any concerns or answer any questions. The ward staff and theatre staff take care to introduce themselves by name and put patients at ease.

The Consultant is just amazing and works so hard to bring pain relief to so many patients, she is caring, dedicated and I sincerely hope that her work with chronic pain relief will be supported by hospital management and recognised as valuable in enabling people to continue to live and work when they may otherwise be incapacitated by pain.
