(as a service user),

Not had need for the Criminal Justice Liaison and Diversion Service service before; I was apprehensive, on a personal not perfectly suited to me, did job fantastically.

Felt fully respected, service faultless.

Couldn't ask for better.

LT herself was brilliant, communication and organisation brilliant.
