From you moment you arrive at the treatment centre it feels efficient.
The signs saying let us know if we are late for your appontment are reassuring and i am pleased to say both visit appointment were exactly kept to time.
The nursing staff were vwry friendly and calming, and checked all details thoroughly.
The endoscopy was not Pleasant, but made much more bearable by the efficiency of the team.
Getting the results immediately was also excellent.
The only downside of the whole visit was sitting waiting to be seen with the lovely smells of freshly cooked food wafting up when you had to starve for 8 hours!!!
A small price to pay!
The overall efficiency and skill of the department is a credit to all and a shining example of good NHS performance.
