"Excellent staff from start to finish"

I have today had my mother in law to North Tyneside General hospital for two appointments and because of the fantastic staff I came across I wanted to write a review.

We arrived at the hospital about 8.50am. I had my car pulled up to an entrance to get her out where a member of staff was being dropped off and asked if I needed help. She got her out of the car and saw her to a wheelchair whilst I parked.

We then went for a CT X-ray where again the staff excelled. They suggested I went to Endoscopy to see if we could be fitted in straight away rather than come back for an appointment at two which I did.

Every member of staff that we came across on the Enoscopy unit were fantastic. They also all agreed it was freezing in there. They all had a smile on their face, very polite and put you very much at ease. I can’t praise them enough.

To finish I was again trying to get my mother in law back into the car when a young lady who was a member of staff offered to help and then took the wheelchair back into the hospital for us.

Thanks again for all the hard working staff I came across this morning, you were all fantastic including the cleaner on X ray doing a great job.
