About: Shakespeare Medical Practice

Visited on the 17th January at 6.30pm and gave the doctor photographs of my ear canal taken by my audiologist who explained I had a fungal infection. The doctor had a ok and agreed but diagnosed antibiotics which has and will not help as this is not a bacterial infection. I am in extreme pain and feel the consultation was rushed and misdiagnosed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. There are medications that are used to treat both bacterial and fungal infections in the ear canal. I am sorry if this was not explained clearly to you at the time.
