The questions in the survey do not really apply to my experiences which have been all good but like ANYWHERE in the NHS you have to be prepared to wait and wait and wait for your appointment.
Not the fault of this centre but the system in general.
My review is of the car park and awful payment system which seems to confuse everyone in each of my many visits here.
The signage poor, explanations unclear and costings very unfair. A nominal fee of 50p per hour should surfice this inadequate cark park.
It would appear that to the parking charge gods this is yet another all too easy opportunity to make yet another tax on the helpless public on behalf of corporate Britain plc.
The ability to fine and self govern all appeals is unfair but remains unchecked and ignored by authority. As the population of Aldershot increases over the next few years the health centre's parking will be woefully inadequate and changes must be made immediately.
