(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

We would like to say thank you to all the doctors, nurses and staff who showed xxx and our family such kindness and compassion during her short stay at the hospice.

As soon as she went into her room, looking out onto the lovely grounds, she was a much happier person.

We were also grateful to the hospice for providing accommodation for my mother so she could stay overnight and be close to xxx.

We know that being able to stay overnight at the hospice makes a real difference for many families so we do our best to facilitate that.
