"appalling patient service"

I have been referred to the ENT Dept from another hospital; this was received on the 9th nov 2017

I have received no acknowledgement from Walsall

I rang today only to be told by the secretary it was received (I already knew that); and that it was marked as 'routine' however she refused to assist with giving me a 'routine appointment slot' was very rude too.

she then transferred me to appointments who stated 'this is the NHS. also advising im on the waiting list (which I again already now) and to just wait for the appointment to come

she declined to give me any time scales or dates

Poor poor Poor service
