(as a relative),

I just want to put it on record about the fabulous service my Mother has and is receiving on ward 4. No matter what job the staff do there is not one person who has dipped below excellence. Such care and compassion at a difficult and busy time is a credit to the hospital and NHS as a whole. Thank you so much

Thank you very much for taking the time to post your comments regarding the care your Mother is receiving on Ward 4.

I am so pleased to hear that even during this busy winter time, the ward staff are still able to deliver care and compassion as we would expect from our staff here at the Trust.

Please be assured that I will pass your lovely comments to the staff on Ward 4. Once again thank you for your lovely comments. I know that the staff members will really appreciate it.
