"Refused appointment's by the receptionist"

About: Caritas Group Practice

After a car crash in Dec. ... refused an appointment as i hadnt called during the magic triage hour.... had to use 111 who were brilliant much better than my own doctors.

After seeing an out of hours gp in a different town I was told any further problems go back to your gp...

Today after calling to try make appointment was told only have 29th Jan free!!

I have to sit in considerate pain to wait for a triage appointment.

Why can I not make appointment sooner

Why are receptionists making decisions on who gets seen

What happened to government making more appointment's accessible?
