"Operation for ablasion surgery"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was made to feel welcome right from the moment I reported my presence. Nurses always introduced themselves and explained exactly why they were asking certain questions and wanting certain details. The anaesthetist nurse was very reassuring too and couldn't be more nice.

Then my surgeon who was carrying out the procedure explained everything in great detail and was in no rush to hear my concerns. My anaesthetist was making jokes before going 'under'.

I cannot thank the staff enough and all are underpaid first a fantastic job they're doing! All those staff for one patient undergoing one operation.

Well done NHS Scotland, Queen Margaret day surgery. Thank you all.
