"Urgent appointment"

I rung the practice on a morning for an urgent appointment for my son but couldn't get through so I rang again at 2.30 pm and explained the issue of my son being really weezy and struggling to breath and I was given an appointment for 3.30. I was seen by one particular doctor who did full check up on my son and suggested that it was best to take him to the hospital he put my son on nebulizer and that helped him a little with his breathing I was happy with his service he phoned the hospital ward and told them the siruation and suggested that i shoukd take him there for a full check up. I was pleased with his approach and his overall service was amazing.
