Was my second visit to the hospital for a blood in a year. I am a very nervous patient, literally sweat at the thought of a needle. I was greeted by a lovely volunteer and taken straight round to blood test room.
I was immediately relieved to see the lovely phlebotomist I saw before on my first visit. Once again she explained what she was going to do and distracted me talking about other things. I don't have the best veins but it was a pain free procedure and over in minutes.
Thankyou so much for this amazing hospital and excellent staff, a real credit
