What I liked
the time scale from me attending A&E to having an X-ray was excellent.
What could be improved
The A&E department was in the process of moving tothe new part of Pinderfields hopital so this needs to be taken into account. What could have been better was the Charge nurse who was arrogant and condecending. I wasnt allowed to see my X-ray and was told that i wasnt allowed a copy as it was on pc.I know that X-rays are sent as attachments, i was been fobbed off by a trumpted up nurse.
I will be making a formal complaint through PALS and furthermore will be requesting a copy of my X-ray as I wasnt happy at not having the opportunity to see a doctor? Where have all the doctors gone ?
