"Not a good first impression"

Receptionist sitting on phone in reception. Impolite, was told, 'fill form out and take a seat'. Then she returned to looking at her phone.

There was rubbish all over the floor in reception.

We were seen very quickly (within 5 mins). The doctor was very thorough, helpful and patient. Very happy with this aspect.

Back at reception we asked where the nearest pharmacy was which was open. Before we'd had chance to finish the question the receptionist told us its name and the road, but no directions. Not helpful if you don't know the city. Google did the rest.
