"Fantastic and caring treatment"

I had my lower wisdom tooth removed on Monday and I have to say that the staff were all amazing. I was treated with respect and with utmost care in spite of the department having to run two clinics and clearly being very busy. I honestly did not expect the level of care I received. I was involved in all decision making regarding my procedure and was given the time to ask questions no matter how silly they may have been!

It was disappointing to hear moans and groans in the reception area regarding delays that really were not substantial. I really did witness some appalling behavior from those who should know better. When reasonable questions were asked about delays the reception staff were polite and I felt gave as much information as they could.

Thank you to everyone that assisted me on the day. It was my first ever visit to hospital and you truly made me feel relaxed and that my well being mattered to you all.
