"Thank you - amazing compassion and care"

We cannot express enough how marvellous all the staff were looking after my mum. The paramedics who took her to the WHH were kind and caring to a frightened old lady with pneumonia. There were no delays in her amazing care in A&E, where the nurses and doctors showed so much compassion for both us and mum, explaining everything. A short journey through the CDU, and then a bed on Richard Stevens Ward. Amazing nurses, HCAs and doctors. Unfortunately Mum didn't make it it, but we were given the most amazing care and compassion and precious private time with her during her last few hours. Thank you so much everyone. I read so many negative comments about the WHH, but I cannot say thank you enough to everyone that cared for her.
