"Doctors not listening to patients and..."

About: Addison House - Haque Practice

I've been with this surgery for a number of years, getting repeat prescriptions used to be a real nightmare and reception staff were rude as are some of the GPs. There has been some improvement but still needs further improvement.

BUT the biggest problem is with the GP's themselves: They really need to take the time to first listen to what you say then speak and assess you, but as soon as you talk they talk over you in a condescending manner and assume you are just pill seekers especially if you mention your in pain.

Last week I was called for a medication review and during the review one of the practise nurses was to busy playing with her phone and laughing out loudly to what she saw on the phone whilst I was explaining why my father had died. Totally inexcusable and unacceptable.
