What I liked
I have experience as an inpatient twice and an outpatient over many months. I have felt in safe hands and at the cutting edge of medical excellence throughout. In the critical care unit, ward T9 and the oncology day centre, the nursing staff are brilliant - well organised, professional and kind.
What could be improved
A small concern and much outweighed by all the good things - long waits in the oncology clinic but they keep you informed and always apologise - hoping that things will improve and at least that the waits will be more comfortable when the new centre opens next year. Meanwhile it is an opportunity to catch up on reading.
