What I liked

I have used Stepping Hill Hospital for a variety of reasons for over 25 years. The staff are always friendly, and very helpful. The doctors talk to you as an adult, and keep you informed of exactly what is going to happen, or what they need you to do. Overall the care shown to me has always been of a very high standard.

What could be improved

If i arrive on time for an appointment, it would be nice if the doctors were also working to the same timetable. i know this is not always possible, but regardless of the department i visit, and there has been quite a few down the years, they always seem to be running late.
