What I liked

I came into A&E because of concern about a leg pain and

swelling.

The possibility of DVT was promptly and speedily investigated and after a blood test

I was given and interim treatment plan and booked in for an ultrasound

scan 3 days later. Fortunately the scan showed no sign of a thrombosis.

Throughout the process the attention I was given was timely and

courteous, and explained in ways that gave me confidence about the

decisions and actions being taken.
