What could be improved

Basically everthing my mother inlaw is meant to be receiving treatment in this place following a hip replacement. She is meant to be receiving physio there yet after two weeks has yet to see a physio as he/she is on holiday. While in this so called hospital she has developed cylulitis through lack of movement. When you ask those responsible for her treatment about this you just get a shrug and a we will look in to it.

Personally I wouldn't let my dog receive treatment in this so called hospital.
