What I liked

Professionalism, efficiency and thorough cleanliness. All staff showed friendliness and evident care for patients from reception through to the porter, and staff involved in the day care unit- nurses, physio,consultant and anaesthetist. This treatment centre gives real care where the needs of the patient are paramount. Nothing was too much trouble and patients were treated as individuals. Even the phone call home the next day to check on my progress and that I had no worries or concerns. All very impressive and conducive to good recovery, thank you.
