What I liked

My faith was restored in the NHS, the treatment and care I received on 18th/19th Feb.2011 was extremely good - I would particularly appreciate my sincere thanks be passed on to the team in SAU, I couldnt have had better care, the Medical staff were also excellent.

My experience made a very painful time with kidney stones as bearable as it could be.

Thank you all.

What could be improved

More Staff in the A & E department, the staff there worked as hard and fast as they could and waiting was inevitable.
