My warfarin nurse is providing me with a very professional, caring service.
She takes the time to listen to my concerns and is always worried about my welfare and if I'm taking care of myself properly.
I couldn't manage without her!

Thank you very much for this feedback - it is much appreciated. Our in house anticoagulation service is not available in most practices and saves patients having to trek up to the Whittington on a regular basis. It's fantastic to hear that this is being appreciated by patients. Thanks again for taking the trouble to let us know.
